MY MIDNIGHT SPAGHETTI
Chilling in bed, in front of a television,
hearing the sound of the rain outside, so inviting – for a well-deserved midnight
snack.
So what to do next? Rush to the kitchen and
see what’s available for cooking. Visible are :
250 Grams spaghetti noodles
250 grams of
sweet blend spaghetti sauce
5 tbsp. Of banana
catsup
1
Mushroom in can
1
Nestle cream
1/8 slice of
butter
1 can of corned beef
1
Bottle of sprite
4 cloves of
garlic
1 white onion
(chopped finely)
3 tbsp. Of washed
sugar
Since there’s a bottle of sprite, it may be
worth a try to include it in the creamy spaghetti recipe. It perfects the taste
of pork barbecue, cake and even some chicken recipes so why not with spaghetti.
Here’s
the procedure for the sauce:
- Put butter in a pan.
- Saute onion first, then followed by a garlic.
- Add on the corned beef.
- . Followed by the mushroom.
- . Simmer for a few minutes.
- . Then, put on the sprite. Half of the bottle will do.
- Simmer.
- . Put on the sweet style spaghetti sauce and the banana catsup.
- . Mix the sugar.
- . Simmer for a few minutes.
- Then add the nestle’ cream.
- . Put salt and pepper to taste.
Procedure
for the noodles is as directed. But one can put salt and butter while the water
is boiling to give the noodles a specific taste even without the sauce yet.
Truly, a perfect one for midnight snack. So
creamy, so buttery and so spritey… Crave no more for the famous fast food spaghetti.
This one tastes better.
Optional: Add a liver spread while the sauce simmers.
Mix the noodles with the sauce
while it simmers to better infuse the taste with the noodles.
NOTE:
No tomato sauce, no tomato paste and no
cheese used in this recipe yet it perfected
the desired creamy taste of the sauce.
